She’s one of the world’s most successful models, with a coveted role as a Victoria’s Secret Angel and designers positively queuing up to dress her.
But Doutzen Kroes proved that even Angels need a break from time-to-time as she kicked back on a relaxing holiday to Ibiza, Spain, with her family on Monday.
Spending a day at the beach alongside her husband, Dutch DJ Sunnery James, and their two-year-old son Phyllon Joy Gorre, the 28-year-old supermodel showed off her envy-inducing physique in a skimpy bandeau two-piece.
Flaunting her washboard abs and long lean limbs, the Dutch beauty teamed her floral ʙικιɴι top with a mismatched pair of pink frill bottoms as she cooled off from the Spanish sun with a dip in the sea.
The stunning model wore her honey blonde locks piled up on top of her head in a stylish top knot, while sheltering her eyes with a pair of dark shades as she played alongside her adorable son.
Splashing around in the crystal-clear sea, the tot seemed to be having a whale of a time as he bobbed around in a rubber ring while his mother and other female family members lavished attention on him.
After a while the group made their way back up to shore, where Doutzen and her DJ beau kicked back on the picturesque pebble beach, while keeping a watchful eye on their super-cute son.
Although the Victoria’s Secret Angel and her family are making the most of their sun-soaked break on the White Isle, Doutzen had business to tend to on Sunday when she attended the launch of Love magazine alongside Swedish model, Caroline Winberg.
Posting a snap of the pair on her Twitter and Instagram pages, Doutzen wrote: ‘#goodtimes with the coolest girl on the island @carolinewinberg #IBIZA.’
The 28-year-old beauty recently opened up about staying in shape and maintaining her enviable physique, explaining she relies on regular ballet sessions with the instructor who helped whip Natalie Portman into shape for Black Swan.
Doutzen said: ‘I work out three or four times a week. I do a mix of boxing at a gym in New York and ballet with Mary Helen Bowers, who runs Ballet Beautiful and helped get Natalie Portman in shape for Black Swan.
‘It’s tough because it focuses on specific areas including the inner and outer thighs, ʙuтт and abdominal area and arms.
‘Every morning after a workout with her, I feel so sore in places I didn’t know I had, so it really works and I enjoy it.
‘I also think that working out with a woman makes a difference as she understands what I want to look like. Men see things differently.’
The Dutch beauty explained her role as a mother has encouraged her to take more care of her body by watching what she eats and exercising on a regular basis.
